Save energy, save money…

• Broken taps can waste as much as 12 to 20 litres of water a day, enough to fill one bath per week! So fix dripping taps and always make sure they’re fully turned off.
• Fitting a ‘save-a-flush’ device to your old toilet cistern could reduce the amount of water you use. New toilets tend to use less water and often have dual flush settings.
• Only boil as much water as you need, but make sure there’s enough to cover the kettle elements!
